[모집분야 및 업무내용]
* 모집 분야: Medical Affairs admin
* Job description: procurement and operational support

Medical operational support in:

1) Procurement support

- procurement operational tasks (bidding, purchase order, vendor set-up and management, payment tracking and internal/external communications) under the guidance of APAC regional finance & procurement.

2) Operational support and documentation

- operational support for both promotional and non-promotional projects (symposia, advisory boards, congress sponsorships, patient campaigns, etc)

 - expense management and archiving documents for expenditure reporting

3) Administrative and logistics support 

-  Support internal and external meeting arrangement with various stakeholder: marketing/medical agency, Distributor/co-promotion partner etc. 

- Manage, plan and coordinate logistics: itinerary management, local site coordination, communication with regional & global team in case of guest visiting

- Participate to support projects/duties requested by Korea team

[자격요건]
- Undergraduate (4 years)

- English communications (mostly written communications)

- Preferred: bioscience/health industry admin experience

- Advanced skill in MS Office (Excel, Word)

[근무조건]
- 급여조건 : 회사 내규에 따름(3,200만원 ~ 경력별 협의가능)
- 근무위치 : 종각역, 광화문역 인근
- 근무시간 : 주5일(월~금) 09:00 ~ 17:30
- 복리후생 : 4대 보험, 연차, 생일선물, 명절 상여금, 경조휴가/각종 경조금 지원 등 회사 규정에 따름
- 근무형태 : 파견계약직 12개월 (평가 후 연장 가능)
