- Senior researcher-Scientist (PhD), postdoctoral fellowship and researcher (master) positions in medicinal chemistry group in Institut Pasteur Korea
The newly established Institut Pasteur–Korea (IP–K) seeks competent researchers to perform a medicinal chemistry program. Institut Pasteur Korea has an international and highly interdisciplinary faculty reaching from biological disease models to drug discovery. IP–K emphasises visual based high content screens in conjunction with imaging approaches to screen models of infectious and chronic disease. The candidate will participate in the medicinal chemistry activities including Hit-to-Lead and Lead optimization.
- Qualifications:
• Ph.D. or master degree in medicinal or organic chemistry (or related field).
• Experience for managing major projects including those involving lead optimization, potency, selectivity, and in vivo efficacy.
• Publication record in the design, synthesis, purification and characterization of novel drug candidates.
■ Nano-Bio Chemistry 연구팀

1) 박사급 연구원(Scientist)

- Scientist (PhD) and post-doc positions in Nano/Bio Chemistry group in Institut Pasteur Korea
The newly established Institut Pasteur–Korea (IP–K) seeks competent researchers to perform Nano/Bio Chemistry program. Institut Pasteur Korea has an international and highly interdisciplinary faculty reaching from biological disease models to drug discovery. The candidate will participate in the development of optical or magnetic probes to visualize biological event, in particular, in the context of the drug development and diagnostics.
- Qualifications:
• Ph.D. in nanochemistry, material chemistry, organic chemistry, polymer chemistry (Experience in biochemistry or biophysics will be appreciated.)
• Publication record in the design, synthesis, and application of the nanoparticles.
IP–K is a not-for-profit organization located in Seoul, and is part of the international network of Pasteur Institutes in Paris. The working language is English. IP–K offers generous support compensation, and substantial relocation package. Salary is commensurate with experience.
