우리 대학원에서는 대학원생과 신진연구인력의 우수한 연구성과를 발굴하고 공유하는 장을 마련하기 위해

대학원 연구성과 경진대회+(SKKU Research Matters Plus)를 개최하오니 대학원생 및 박사후연구원 분들의 많은 참여 부탁 드립니다.

1. 주제: “내 연구가 중요한 이유”- 연구성과 또는 연구계획 소개 스피치 대회
  ※ 수상자는 오프라인 시상식에 참석하여 스피치를 진행할 수 있으며, 수상작은 학교 공식 유튜브 계정에 영상 게시 예정. 참가자는 이에 동의하는 것으로 간주함

2. 대상: 2025학년도 2학기 등록 일반대학원 재학생 및 BK교육연구단 소속 박사후연구원
  ※ 연구등록생(1기~4기) 및 BK교육연구단 소속 대학원생도 참여 가능
  ※ 휴학생은 참여 불가
  ※ 2024학년도 제2회 및 2025학년도 제1회 연구성과 경진대회 수상자, 2025학년도 논문대상 공모사업 수상자 참여 불가
  ※ 박사후연구원은 정년예정일이 2026년 3월 이후여야 참여 가능

3. 작품 제출: ~2025. 12. 30.(화)

4. 심사방법 및 선발규모
  가. 심사방법: 본선 진출자를 4개 패널로 구분하여 심사 진행
    ※ 패널: 인문/예술, 사회과학, 공학, 이학/의학/약학
  나. 선발인원 및 상금
   - 대학원생 부문 - 대상: 200만원, 우수상: 150만원, 장려상: 100만원
   - 박사후연구원 부문 - 대상: 300만원, 우수상: 200만원, 장려상: 100만원
    ※ 선발규모는 지원현황 및 작품 수준에 따라 확정됨

 5. 제출물
  가. 제출 파일: 대회신청서(첨부파일), 발표영상(10분 내외), 요약자료 PPT 혹은 PDF(5장 이내)
  나. 참고 사항
    1) 영상 및 PPT/PDF는 한국어 또는 영어로 제작
    2) 영상은 avi, mp4 형태로 제작(500Mb 이하)
    3) 스피치 대회이므로 본인이 영상에 등장하는 것을 원칙으로 함
    4) 팀 단위 참여 불가

1. Topic: "Why My Research is Important" - Research Outcome or Research Plan Introduction Speech Contest
 ※ Winners may be required to attend the offline award ceremony and give a speech. 

The winning entries will be posted on the official YouTube account of SKKU.

Participants will be considered to have given their consent.

2. Eligibility: Graduate students enrolled for the Fall Semester 2025 and

postdoctoral researchers affiliated with the BK21 Education Research Group.
 ※ Research Semester registrants (1st to 4th semester) and graduate students affiliated with the BK Education Research Group are also eligible.
 ※ The following individuals are not eligible: 
   - students on a leave of absence
   - winners of the 2nd Research Matters Plus Contest (2024); winners of the 1st Research Matters Plus Contest (2025)
   - winners of the 2025 Graduate Students Thesis Contest.
 ※ Postdoctoral researchers are eligible only if their retirement date is after September 2025.

3. Submission Deadline: ~ December 30, 2025 (Tue)

4. Evaluation Method and Prizes
 a. Evaluation Method: Finalists will be evaluated in four different areas.
  ※ Humanities/Arts, Social Sciences, Engineering, Natural Sciences/Medicine/Pharmacy
 b. Prizes
   - Graduate Student Category - Grand Prize: 2,000,000 KRW, Excellence Award: 1,500,000 KRW, Encouragement Award: 1,000,000 KRW
   - Postdoctoral Researcher Category - Grand Prize: 3,000,000 KRW, Excellence Award: 2,000,000 KRW, Encouragement Award: 1,000,000 KRW
※ The number of selections will be determined depending on the number of applications and the quality of the works.

5. Submissions
 a. Submission Files: Contest application form(attached file), presentation video (approximately 10 minutes),

summary PPT or PDF (within 5 pages)
 b. Additional Notes
  - Videos and PPT/PDF must be produced in Korean or English.
  - Videos should be in avi or mp4 format (under 500MB).
  - As this is a speech contest, the contestant must appear in the video.
  - Team participation is not allowed.
